Bode Trade (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. (Bode Dynamic) is located on Xiangxing 1st Road in the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone. A subsidiary of the German Bode Group, its own factory covers 15,000 square meters, with a dedicated team of 220 professionals. The sealing manufacturing company is equipped with an engineering research and development center and several independent standardized workshops, including Material R&D, Compression Molding, Rubber Injection Molding, and Tool-free Extrusion & Joining.
Using high-performance elastomers and top-tier composite materials as raw materials, the company specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of bespoke sealing solutions, high-performance gaskets, and finished products. Its products include custom O-rings, X-rings, customized rubber seals, heavy-duty gaskets, molded parts, and two-component parts, utilizing premium materials such as FKM (Viton), FFKM, EPDM, Silicone, and HNBR.
The company’s products have passed global performance tests and industry compliance testing, conforming to international manufacturing standards under the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems with full batch traceability. They have also passed US FDA food-grade compliance, European RoHS directives, and REACH regulations, as well as global drinking water and hygiene safety approvals, including KTW, W270, WRAS, and NSF 61 certifications.
Product/Certification
Our goal is to develop highly versatile materials. Drinking water applications must comply with national health regulations, and our EPDM materials are certified to all relevant standards. The most common and widely accepted standards are ACS (France), WRAS (UK), NSF (USA), KIWA (Netherlands), AS/NZS 4020 (Australia and New Zealand), and UBA-ELL (Germany).
Our materials possess excellent physical properties and outstanding chemical resistance, minimizing the risk of seal failure. The physical properties of our materials exceed the requirements of general standards EN681-1 and DVGW W534.
In addition, we also describe good chloramine resistance as tested according to American Standard for Testing Materials ASTM D 6284-02, and suitability for a variety of applications according to American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME B16.51-2018.
For gas applications, we focus on HNBR materials certified according to EN549 and EN682.
